IT Recruitment Lead

TalentPool is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven IT Recruitment Lead to join our expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to specialise in the FMCG & Consumer sector – working with some of the world’s most recognisable brands – and play a pivotal role in building a high-performing IT recruitment practice.

In this role, you will:

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from client briefing through to successful placement.
  • Partner with senior technology leaders, CIOs, and HR stakeholders to understand complex IT hiring requirements and deliver bespoke recruitment solutions.
  • Manage a 360° recruitment desk, driving business development, nurturing long-term client partnerships, and growing your portfolio.
  • Recruit IT professionals across a wide range of disciplines (e.g., infrastructure, ERP, data & analytics, cybersecurity, and digital transformation) into permanent and contract positions, from mid-level through to leadership roles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing market insights on salaries, skills trends, and technology talent strategies.
  • Contribute to the growth of TalentPool, collaborating with a high-performing team of recruiters.

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record in IT recruitment, ideally with experience in the FMCG, consumer goods, or retail sectors.
  • Full 360° recruitment experience, including new business development and account management.
  • A consultative approach, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ambition to scale a recruitment desk in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
