TalentPool is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Finance Recruitment Lead to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to specialise in the Consumer sector – covering FMCG, retail, and lifestyle brands – and play a key role in building out a high-performing finance practice.
In this role, you will:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement through to successful placement.
- Partner closely with senior finance leaders and HR teams to understand complex hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage a 360° recruitment desk, driving business development, building long-term client partnerships, and scaling your own portfolio.
- Recruit qualified finance professionals (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) into permanent positions, ranging from mid-management through to Director level.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, providing insight into salary benchmarks, market trends, and talent strategy.
- Contribute to the growth of our Consumer division, collaborating with a team of high-performing recruiters.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in finance recruitment, ideally with experience in the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
- Full 360 recruitment experience, including business development and account growth.
- A consultative approach with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships at all levels.
- Strong commercial awareness and the drive to scale a recruitment desk in a fast-paced environment.
