TalentPool is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Recruitment Lead to head up and grow our Human Resources practice within the Consumer space – with a focus on FMCG, retail, and lifestyle clients.
This is a high-profile opportunity to shape and lead our HR proposition, working with a well-established client base while driving new business and expanding the practice.
In this role, you will:
- Own and expand key client relationships within the Consumer sector, delivering on senior-level HR mandates.
- Recruit across the full spectrum of HR leadership roles, up to and including HR Director and Chief People Officer (CPO).
- Manage retained and exclusive searches, adopting a consultative and insight-led approach.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market intelligence and guidance on HR strategy and talent acquisition.
- Play a leadership role in shaping TalentPool’s HR recruitment offering, with opportunities to mentor junior consultants and build out a team.
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience in HR recruitment, ideally with exposure to senior and executive-level roles.
- Strong track record partnering with FMCG, retail, or consumer services clients.
- Ability to build deep, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with proven success in business development and practice growth.
- Credibility, gravitas, and the ability to operate as a trusted recruitment partner.
