At TalentPool, we’ve always believed that business should be a force for good. For years, we’ve given back through the B1G1 scheme, supporting a range of local and global causes with every placement we made. While this has been a hugely rewarding part of our journey, we wanted more flexibility to focus on causes that mean the most to our people, our clients, and our candidates.
That’s why we’ve created the TalentPool Foundation – our own in-house initiative dedicated to making a positive impact.
The Foundation is funded through a partnership between our consultants and the business. Every quarter, a portion of consultant commissions is set aside, and TalentPool matches this amount to create a shared pool of funds. Together, we can support meaningful causes that reflect our values and the priorities of the people we work with.
The TalentPool Foundation isn’t just about corporate giving – it’s about collective action, empowering us all to make a difference in the causes we care about most.
We’re looking to build partnerships and get involved in initiatives that make a real difference. This could be anything from charity fundraising events and sporting challenges to community outreach projects or other creative ways to give back.
