Tom Bursnall

Tom has significant experience recruiting at executive and senior management level.  After graduating from Warwick University Tom joined the graduate scheme at Procter & Gamble before then moving across into recruitment working for two smaller search and selection consultancies in London.

Tom set up The TalentPool Coompany in 2007, initially working closely with key clients ranging from Diageo, Danone and Birdseye through to some of today’s most recognizable SME names, whether or not they are listed, PE / VC or privately funded.

Tom now splits his time between assisting with the operations at TalentPool Co and running his own plant-based food business (Miami Foods), together with businesses in the adult nursing care sector.

Tom is married and has a young daughter. Tom is a passionate vegan and loves any conspiracy theory that involves shape shifting reptile aliens!

Adam Gleeson

Adam has over 20 years’ experience working within the consumer goods sector and joined TalentPool in 2013. During his time with the business, he has helped grow the team from 2-12 consultants and works with some of the industry’s leading consumer businesses. Prior to joining TalentPool he helped scale a PE backed recruitment business from 5-60 consultants and after university joined the graduate scheme with GlaxoSmithKline.

Adam now primarily works on-board level appointments across both the UK and Internationally.

During his spare time, he enjoys all sports, coaching his sons football team, cooking (appearing ‘briefly’ on Master Chef s2) and spending time with family and friends.
