Tom has significant experience recruiting at executive and senior management level.  After graduating from Warwick University Tom joined the graduate scheme at Procter & Gamble before then moving across into recruitment working for two smaller search and selection consultancies in London.

Tom set up The TalentPool Coompany in 2007, initially working closely with key clients ranging from Diageo, Danone and Birdseye through to some of today’s most recognizable SME names, whether or not they are listed, PE / VC or privately funded.

Tom now splits his time between assisting with the operations at TalentPool Co and running his own plant-based food business (Miami Foods), together with businesses in the adult nursing care sector.

Tom is married and has a young daughter. Tom is a passionate vegan and loves any conspiracy theory that involves shape shifting reptile aliens!

Adam has over 20 years’ experience working within the consumer goods sector and joined TalentPool in 2013. During his time with the business, he has helped grow the team from 2-12 consultants and works with some of the industry’s leading consumer businesses. Prior to joining TalentPool he helped scale a PE backed recruitment business from 5-60 consultants and after university joined the graduate scheme with GlaxoSmithKline.

Adam now primarily works on-board level appointments across both the UK and Internationally.

During his spare time, he enjoys all sports, coaching his sons football team, cooking (appearing ‘briefly’ on Master Chef s2) and spending time with family and friends.

Peta has over 20 years’ experience in Finance and before working with TalentPool worked as an Executive PA for a music and PR agency.

Aside from keeping the TalentPool finances on track she enjoys keeping fit, travelling, and juggling a busy household.

Richard is a renowned industry legend with nearly 25 years’ experience across the consumer and retail sectors.

Having initially started out placing senior executives into retail buying roles. Richard then moved across to recruit for supplier side commercial sales / marketing roles and fully understands product lifecycles and what great looks like in the market.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time down on the south coast, good food, wine and renovating properties.

Catherine has over 10 years’ experience working within the recruitment industry, specialising in hiring senior level professionals within HR and Finance functions.

Having based herself in both London and New York during her career she has been able to successfully partner with an exciting range of consumer-focused companies from global FTSE FMCG’s to scaling, PE backed, e-commerce organisations across both Europe and the US.

Catherine has a keen interest in occupational and organisational psychology and is due to complete her Master’s degree in 2023. She is particularly passionate about exploring what it takes to build a high-performance culture and has focused her research in talent development, employee engagement and diversity, equity and inclusion.

In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with friends, family and spending time with her dog.

Harleen has worked in our consumer team since 2018 initially starting as an Associate Consultant before being quickly promoted to consultant and then Business Manager in 2021.

Harleen graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2010. Initially working in a commercial marketing internship at Notts County Football, he started his career within the Golf and Leisure sector in Membership, Corporate Golf and Events.

Harleen has helped support and scale some of the most iconic SME challenger brands whilst also supporting several global CPG clients across the Food, Drink, Health & Beauty and Durables sectors. He also plays a key role in helping the wider TalentPool Co team with our resources and insights led scorecards.

Outside of work Harleen enjoys spending time with his young son and wife. He is a keen golfer, plays football and follows all things superhero related! He is also a Manchester Utd fan but lives in a village in Berkshire.

Fraser is an accomplished senior consultant with extensive recruitment expertise in the Consumer goods sector.

With over 12 years’ experience in the industry, he has honed his skills in placing top tier senior sales and marketing talent both in the UK and Internationally.  Fraser joined TalentPool in 2020 and over the past 3 years has helped scale and grow senior sales teams for some of the fastest growing consumer businesses in the UK.

Prior to joining TalentPool, Fraser spent 9 years with New Chapter Consulting where he developed and lead the FMCG sales division in both Leeds and London.

A keen sportsman (Fraser wins all the TalentPool events), Fraser graduated from University with a Masters in Sports Science and in his spare time enjoys running, hockey & cycling.

George has over 10 years’ experience within the FMCG / Consumer channel starting his career in sales for Red Bull enjoying two successful years, before leaving the UK shores for Australia where he started his recruitment career with Michael Page in Sydney. For the next seven years George split his time between Sydney & London and joined TalentPool in early 2022.

George has excellent experience within the consumer sector working across verticals such as Toys & Gaming, Beauty & Cosmetics, Food & Drink, Alcohol (BWS), Consumer Durables & Electronics.

During his spare time, he is a (proud) Tottenham Hotspur season ticket holder and an even prouder dog Dad to his Golden Retriever – Alfie.

He also loves a puzzle and crime fiction novels, which continues to surprise and delight in equal measure!

Jayden has over 8 years’ recruitment experience, specialising in mid-senior level Supply Chain & Procurement roles. Starting his career at Michael Page in Melbourne, Australia, before transferring to London 6 years ago. While working for Michael Page he successfully developed his career as a market leader for Supply Chain & Procurement recruitment for London before joining Talent Pool in 2023.

Jayden has extensive experience working within the Food & Beverage, Beauty & Cosmetics, Personal Care and Pharmaceutical sectors with multinational, high growth and start-up companies.

Like most Australians he enjoys spending his time travelling, watching his beloved Aussie rules, Arsenal, golf & also fitness.

Sam joined TalentPool in March 2020 – perfect timing!  Sam has +10 years’ Supply Chain recruitment expertise from working with 2 leading search agencies before joining the TalentPool team.

She has been instrumental in growing the Supply Chain business through her extensive network and natural ability to build deep and meaningful candidate relationships.

Sam is also a qualified sports masseuse and combines her time working for TalentPool and managing her own health and well-being practice.

Ameet has over 15 years of successful Supply Chain and Operations recruitment experience. Since 2019, Ameet has been busy scaling and building the Supply Chain business here at TalentPool and has developed a tier one portfolio of market leading consumer and retail clients.

Ameet previously developed and managed Supply Chain teams at Michael Page (London), and boasts an industry background, starting his career working within Supply Chain at EMAP, Intel and graduated with a BSc in Logistics from Aston University.

During his ‘spare’ time, he is either busy coaching his son’s sports teams or seen singing on the terraces at Arsenal FC.

Caitlyn began her recruitment career in New Zealand 3 years ago where she recruited for office professionals across the private and public sectors. Caitlyn has since moved to London and is specialising in the Human Resources Function.

Starting out in a 180° role and developing the skills to a 360° consultant, she has managed many successful processes across a wide range of sectors and is excited to get stuck into the London market.

In 2019, Caitlyn graduated with a Diploma in Business Management where she completed HR papers which gives her a in depth understanding of the roles she is now recruiting.

In her spare time she enjoys exploring all the restaurant hot spots, markets, and beautiful parks on offer.
