Harleen has worked in our consumer team since 2018 initially starting as an Associate Consultant before being quickly promoted to consultant and then Business Manager in 2021.

Harleen graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2010. Initially working in a commercial marketing internship at Notts County Football, he started his career within the Golf and Leisure sector in Membership, Corporate Golf and Events.

Harleen has helped support and scale some of the most iconic SME challenger brands whilst also supporting several global CPG clients across the Food, Drink, Health & Beauty and Durables sectors. He also plays a key role in helping the wider TalentPool Co team with our resources and insights led scorecards.

Outside of work Harleen enjoys spending time with his young son and wife. He is a keen golfer, plays football and follows all things superhero related! He is also a Manchester Utd fan but lives in a village in Berkshire.
