Catherine has over 10 years’ experience working within the recruitment industry, specialising in hiring senior level professionals within HR and Finance functions.

Having based herself in both London and New York during her career she has been able to successfully partner with an exciting range of consumer-focused companies from global FTSE FMCG’s to scaling, PE backed, e-commerce organisations across both Europe and the US.

Catherine has a keen interest in occupational and organisational psychology and is due to complete her Master’s degree in 2023. She is particularly passionate about exploring what it takes to build a high-performance culture and has focused her research in talent development, employee engagement and diversity, equity and inclusion.

In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with friends, family and spending time with her dog.
