Who we are
TalentPool was founded in 2007 and we had to perform to the very best possible level for our clients and candidates in the wake of the financial crisis in 2008. The economic landscape hasn’t fundamentally changed and as a result we haven’t needed to re-invent our process, nonetheless our size and expertise affords us the ability to adapt to the ever-changing market climate.
Our philosophy of acting as the No. 2 but being No. 1 is engrained within the team DNA and our sole purpose is to provide an excellent service to everyone we are lucky enough to work with.
