We do not to advertise. Instead we utilise our strong sector networks to pro-actively approach talent, taking the time to soft reference in confidence, whilst also understanding candidate’s strengths and career aspirations.

The majority of our consultants have had industry experience within the fields they recruit for, including the likes of Procter & Gamble, Mars, Asda, and GlaxoSmithKline.

Covering the globe

Our network spans across a variety of countries and whilst we specialise in the UK, we also recruit across the globe at all levels. Past assignments include United Arab Emirates, Belgium, Ireland, South Africa, The Netherlands, Kuala Lumpur and Ukraine.

We typically recruit for assignments with salaries starting from 50K GBP to 200K GBP across Sales, Human Resources, Category Management, Market Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Marketing and Buying.

Being born at the start of the 2007 recession meant we had to perform at our very best for both clients and candidates alike. And whilst the economic environment has changed significantly, we have not reinvented our process.
